Jason brings more than 15 years of management consulting experience across sectors including financial services, retail, telecommunications and tourism. His expertise spans business and digital strategy, customer experience and organisational transformation.
He has led assignments across many of South Africa's largest and most well-known brands, helping translate complex needs into strategic priorities and practical requirements for delivery. Jason combines analytical thinking with a collaborative approach to aligning stakeholders. He co-founded Aeon Black to connect strategic advice with implementation and measurable business impact.
Jade Dos Santos
Co-founder | Managing Partner
Jade brings more than 20 years of experience across brand, communications, digital strategy and B2B growth. His background includes senior and global strategy roles at VML within the WPP group, advising multinational clients and supporting strategy capability across markets.
His work connects customer and market insight with clear positioning, commercial opportunity and implementation planning. From segmentation research with the UCT Unilever Institute to destination and investment strategy, Jade helps organisations translate complex ambitions into focused plans for growth.
